Focusing on Long-Term Relationships Lands Conenza on Washington’s Best Workplaces
Every year, the Puget Sound Business Journal identifies the best workplaces in Washington state. Once again, Conenza earned a place on the list and is thrilled to rank #4 in this year’s small business category.
Conenza enables organizations to engage employees for life fostering trusted, lifelong relationships with current and former employees through our corporate alumni software platform. Our founder, Tony Audino, often talks about the importance of developing and maintaining positive relationships with current employees and alumni as a key contributor to companies’ successes.
That’s why it’s so gratifying to be chosen as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces again. It reaffirms that we practice what we preach. Our team embraces our mission and culture and it shows in everything we do for our clients.
The rankings are determined by analyzing score factors from 30 items in six categories, including trust in leadership and team dynamics. Employees have an opportunity to share thoughts about what they like (or don’t like!) about their company.
Here’s a sample of what Conenza employees said:
“I don’t think I have ever worked with a group of people who are more committed to the company’s success and care more about each other. We work hard and have a blast doing it! We have the flexibility to pursue and engage in our personal, philanthropic and professional/career interests with the support and encouragement of our team.”
“After twelve years here at Conenza, I still feel the same as I did when I joined. I’ve helped build a great company and culture and work with wonderful people. Truly fulfilled and happy. Small companies are hard – the rewards together are worth it.”
“Conenza is one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. The office truly feels like a family with everyone caring for and supporting one another. I have never felt more comfortable in a workplace.”
We say what we do and do what we say. That’s the Conenza way.
