Our Philosophy

We have a slightly different philosophy here at Conenza. Our CEO Tony Audino founded his first formal corporate alumni network nearly 20 years ago, as an alumni himself. From a member perspective, it was less about the hard ROI that many organizations depend on today, and instead built completely around maintaining trusted, long term relationships based on purpose and commonality. It was about maintaining personal connections, with the belief that so much more can be accomplished when we come together to share stories, collaborate, and engage with one another.

We apply our world-class communication and engagement solution, the Conenza Engagement Platform, to help businesses of all sizes build lifelong connections with their employees. At the same time, we know it takes much more than tools and technology to attract, engage, support, and retain a vibrant online network of people with a shared commitment to your brand.

Our Team

Tony AudinoTony Audino - Founder & CEO

Tony Audino brings over 25 years of executive, entrepreneurial, and online community development experience to his role as Conenza's CEO. An early pioneer in the corporate social networking space, Audino recognized that trusted relationships among people are a compelling source of competitive advantage for the global enterprise. After spending seven years as a Microsoft executive, he left in 1995 to found one of the first formal online alumni communities—the Microsoft Alumni Network (MSA). In October 2006, Audino founded Conenza to help other organizations leverage corporate social networking technology to build engaging and highly-rewarding extended talent communities. Today, under Audino's leadership, Conenza builds and manages the global corporate communities of some of Fortune Magazine's Most Admired Companies.

Following his career at Microsoft, Audino has founded five companies, including Voyager Capital, a Pacific Northwest-based venture capital firm with $365 million under management, and served on the board of more than a dozen public and private organizations.

Little-known fact: Tony is an avid horseman and loves riding, whether on his ranch in Montana (Western style) or in Bellevue (English style) with his much more accomplished daughter. Some day he would like to compete in the jumper classes at equestrian events.


Michael Ensminger - CTO

Michael Ensminger brings extensive engineering management experience to Conenza, having managed engineering teams and developed processes to produce high-quality Web applications, desktop applications, enterprise, and data products. These products span the graphic arts, retail banking, financial reporting, Web communities, telecommunications, and Web security industries. Before joining Conenza, Ensminger was Director of Product Development at Varolii for more than six years, developing and scaling the multi-tenant based platform to handle over four million phone calls a day.

An early Web community entrepreneur, Ensminger was a founding employee of eSociety, whose mission was to develop Web communities around trade organizations. Ensminger holds a BS in Mathematics from Loyola University, New Orleans and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Ensminger holds a patent related to his work at Varolii.

Little-known fact: Every April 8, Michael shaves his head to celebrate the anniversary of his successful emergency brain surgery.


Erin Kramer - Director, Customer Success

Erin Kramer leads the Customer Success team at Conenza with a customer-centric approach and strong software-as-a-service (SaaS) experience. She works hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure our clients exceed their goals by advising on community management strategies, industry best practices, success measurement and ensuring clients’ feedback effectively shapes our product. Erin brings over 5 years of deep experience in the corporate alumni space having managed a wide variety of client projects and accounts including international, non-profit, technology and professional services communities. Prior to Conenza, Erin was one of the first ten employees at Banyan Branch, a fast growing social media agency, since acquired by Deloitte Digital. Erin graduated from Arizona State University with concurrent degrees in Business Administration and Psychology.

Little-known fact: Erin plays in an adult kickball league and once competed in a championship tournament in Vegas.


Rebecca McAfee - Operations

Rebecca McAfee manages daily operations for Conenza. She handles HR, office management, events, internal communications and some legal functions for the company.   Rebecca possesses a strong operational focus gained from more than 20 years of experience at start-up technology, financial services, and venture capital organizations. She was instrumental in earning Conenza's 2011 and 2013 positions as Best Company to Work For in Seattle.

Little-known fact: Rebecca's shopping skills rival her team-wrangling skills.


 Price Eberts - Principal

Price is an accomplished leader with extensive experience driving internal and external strategy and operations projects to success. He has the ability to lead projects and initiatives from strategy and design through to execution and ongoing iteration and takes value-centric approach in developing and executing community, marketing, communications and customer initiatives. Prior to Conenza, Price worked for Arryve, a management consulting firm (since acquired by Grant Thornton) where he led strategic initiatives including global customer community evangelism, Voice of Customer analysis, and deep market research.  Before that, he worked at an early stage software company creating internal incentive structures and custom business intelligence tools for technology, healthcare and media companies.

Little-known fact: There are two sets of twins in Price's family - he has a twin sister and two younger sisters that are also twins. Price also worked as a whitewater raft guide in Alaska and northern Canada for five summers.
