Tony Audino—Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Tony Audino brings over 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in business software and services to his role as Conenza’s CEO. He spent seven years at Microsoft Corporation and since leaving has founded five companies including the Microsoft Alumni Network in 1995, where he currently serves as Chairman. Audino also co-founded and served as Managing Director of Voyager Capital, a Pacific Northwest based venture capital firm with $365 million under management where he sourced and sat on the boards of many companies including Captura Software, acquired by Concur Technologies (NASDAQ:CNQR) and Global Market Insite.

Audino's community involvement includes serving on the board of Microsoft Alumni Network Giving Foundation and on the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees for the Fulcrum Foundation, created to ensure that Catholic schools remain excellent and accessible to all.

Kathi A. Jones—Co-Founder, Executive Vice President
Kathi Jones has spent over 10 years building operations and human resource programs for small to mid-size technology start-ups. She became Executive Director of the Microsoft Alumni Network in January 2003 and prior to MSA was Vice President of Corporate Services for Aventail Corporation, overseeing the company's human resources and operations. Prior to that, she was founder and President of KAJ Consulting, providing human resource planning, recruiting, and operational design services to small and mid-size technology companies. Prior roles include regional management roles for both Banana Republic and The Gap Corporation.

Jones graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington with degrees in English and Communications. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, serves on the Female Editorial Board of the Puget Sound Business Journal and is a guild member for Children's Hospital in Seattle.

Jim Nuccitelli—Vice President, Sales
Jim Nuccitelli is a seasoned executive and sales leader with more than 18 years of enterprise sales and sales management expertise in the technology industry. Nuccitelli has a proven track record for building high performance sales teams and processes. Before joining Conenza, Nuccitelli was the Vice President of Sales for Varolii, a company that provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for personalized communications to the Fortune 1000. As an early key executive, and over his 7 year tenure, Nuccitelli built a team of exceptional sales professionals, cultivated a robust customer base, and grew revenue to over $68 million in 2007

Prior to Varolii, Nuccitelli was a key sales executive with Aspect Communications, and was an award winning technical sales executive with Siemens and IBM. Nuccitelli holds a BS degree in Computer Science, from California State University, Chico.

Jeff Fairman—Chief Architect / Vice President, Research & Development
Jeff Fairman brings 14 years of experience leading start-up organizations focused on emerging technologies. Fairman specializes in developing and integrating distributed collaborative technologies for community-based applications used by both enterprises and large user-based communities. He has developed enterprise-wide community-based software for such companies as Siemens, Bank of America, Time Warner, David Bowie, Nortel Networks, Microsoft and the World Health Organization. His experience includes key executive roles at CapitalStream as VP of Engineering and Chief Architect, Troika Interactive as CTO/Founder and WorldStream Communications as VP of Engineering and Chief Architect.

Fairman also holds 6 patents for technologies he developed related to internet content distribution. Earlier in his career, Fairman held multiple research and development positions at the University of Washington specializing in distributed computing software. Fairman earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Washington.

Katherine James Schuitemaker—Chief Marketing Officer
Katherine James Schuitemaker brings more than 20 years' experience as a technology executive and strategic marketing consultant for companies ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to global Fortune 1000 enterprises. Schuitemaker’s previous senior executive positions and consulting clients have included Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Adobe, Getty Images, and LexisNexis, among others.

An early pioneer in leveraging the value of trusted online communities, Schuitemaker was co-founder and Executive Vice President of GreaterGood.com, enabling consumers to shop online in online marketplaces of over 200 name-brand retailers where up to 15% of purchases benefited the charity or school of the buyer's choice. Within the first year following launch, GreaterGood.com's suite of sites became the 100th-most trafficked sites on the web, with more than a million registered users, delivering more than $5 million in incremental revenues to schools and charities around the world.

Schuitemaker's board work includes more than a decade serving Washington State's 1,000-member technology trade association WSA (Washington Software Alliance), Washington Technology Center, UW Office of Technology Transfer Advisory Board, and IslandWood.

Brian Donaldson— Vice President, Application Services
Brian Donaldson is a successful entrepreneur and high technology leader with a proven, 20-year track record in planning, managing, and executing software and web based product and services businesses. During his career he has worked for high technology market leaders such as Microsoft Corporation, Primus, LexisNexis CourtLink, Authentic8, and Vulcan. Brian is an accomplished product strategist and has completed several successful product launches. At Microsoft Brian led a global product strategy team and managed the US Subsidiary’s $1 Billion Services organization. At Vulcan Brian was responsible for Mobile Computing initiatives and led the development of new integrated hardware, software, and mobility products.

Brian has an MBA with a focus on Business Strategy and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Brian is the Chairman of the Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and serves on Board of the University of Washington’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

David C. Jones—Vice President, Business Development
Dave Jones contributes over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the technology industry. Jones began his career within IBM's Data Processing Division in sales marketing and management. After 9 years with IBM he joined Oracle to build their enterprise business during which time he helped to develop Oracle from a midrange database provider into a full service enterprise class solutions company. After that, Jones helped to start and build several technology companies including Excalibur Technology, Netscape, Qpass and Onvia, all of which achieved successful liquidity events. He has also worked within the venture capital business as an EIT and as a venture consultant.

Jones holds a degree in Economics from Lafayette College, and has completed an executive MBA program at Harvard Business School and additional postgraduate financial studies at Stanford University. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boy Scouts of America in Seattle, and as the co-chairman of the Board of Advisors for National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

Kate Gilliatt —Director, Strategic Account Services
Kate Gilliatt has more than 20 years of professional marketing and corporate alumni relations expertise. Prior to joining Conenza, Gilliatt spent ten years as the Director of Alumni Relations at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this role, she successfully created a powerful, engaged and rewarding global alumni community. From strategy development to implementation and maintenance—Gilliatt has unique “in the trenches” insight on what it takes to build a best-in-class alumni program.

In previous roles at BCG, Gilliatt led Americas client marketing, built and launched an international CRM system, and advanced innovative marketing programs across the firm. Throughout her tenure at BCG, she focused on initiatives which strengthened relationships, loyalty, brand awareness, and competitive position. Early in her career, Gilliatt worked in account management at Armando Testa Advertising in New York. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Kevin Dillon
Kevin Dillon is a founding partner of Atlantic Bridge Ventures. His expertise includes over 20 years operating experience in the technology sector, including a total of 18 years operational experience in Paris, London and Dublin and 5 years in Silicon Valley. He served as Vice President, Microsoft EMEA and helped grow the regional business from $500 million to $9.5 billion over a 13 year period. He established the European Operations Centre in Dublin, hiring up to 700 people and serving all of Microsoft's customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East while becoming one of Ireland's top revenue generating companies. Additionally, established and led Microsoft's EMEA customer care, customer satisfaction, loyalty and related programs and was responsible for building the operational infrastructure for the successful launch of Xbox within Europe.

Dillon was an international tax advisor at Price Waterhouse in Europe, the U.S. and South Africa. He helped structure international growth, acquisitions and income repatriation planning for many leading technology companies in Silicon Valley. Dillon is on the board of GeoVector Corporation, Polarlake Limited and Panda SRL.

Steve Goldman
Steve Goldman is a veteran technology executive, with a history of building emerging companies into market leaders. As the President, CEO and Director of Isilon Systems since 2003, Goldman helped establish the company as the leader in clustered storage for digital content. In December, 2006, Isilon executed one of the most successful Technology IPOs raising $108 million with a market capitalization in excess of $1 billion. He led the organization through rapid revenue growth, from $1M in 2003 to $95M in 2007, and grew the company from 45 Seattle-based employees to a global organization of 350 people, with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Isilon, Goldman spent six years as a senior executive at F5 Networks, a leader in application traffic management. At F5, he built and led the global sales, marketing and services organizations through many years of rapid growth. In 1999, he also helped F5 execute one of the industry's strongest IPOs and a market capitalization in excess of $1 billion.

Ed Lazowska
Ed Lazowska holds the Bill & Melinda Gates Chair in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. His research and teaching concern the design, implementation, and analysis of high performance computing and communication systems. Lazowska is a member of the Microsoft Research Technical Advisory Board, and serves as a board member or technical advisor to a number of high-tech companies and venture firms. He co-chaired the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee from 2003-05, and recently became the inaugural chair of the Computing Community Consortium, an effort sponsored by the National Science Foundation to engage the computing research community in envisioning more audacious research challenges. He is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.

John O'Neil
John O'Neil is currently the President of the Center for Leadership Renewal. He serves on several boards and is an author, speaker, and advisor on leadership issues, providing leadership advisement and development services to senior leaders serving across a wide range of organizations from start-ups to mature enterprises.

O'Neil's book The Paradox of Success (G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1993) has been a best seller in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia and was reissued by the publisher in 2004 as one of he best business books of the decade. His book Leadership Aikido (Crown/Harmony, 1997) focuses on the practices of enduring and creative leaders. Seasons of Grace (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2003) co-authored with Alan Jones, Dean of San Francisco's Grace Cathedral, won the Nautilus Prize for Best in Spirituality category in 2004. O'Neil is at work on a new book on learning and renewal for organizations and individuals.

O'Neil currently serves on the boards of The Noyce Foundation, Qube Learning, Tides Foundation, and Threshold Group.

Charles Porter
Charles Porter is a seasoned technologist, currently serving as CIO-in-Residence with Insight Ventures. Over a 30-year career with Accenture, Porter held several global roles and led some of the company's largest and most technically complex projects. As Managing Partner-CTO of Accenture Technology Infrastructure Services, Porter was responsible for the architecture, technology direction and product definition for Accenture's infrastructure outsourcing practice. As Managing Partner-CIO of Accenture Technology Services, he was instrumental to Accenture's embracing low-cost regional and global IT delivery strategies and was instrumental in reducing Accenture's internal IT costs by 40% over 3 years – while maintaining employee satisfaction and improving reliability. Porter also founded Accenture's network of telecommunication solution centers (Teleworks®) that provide application development delivery and support to Accenture's communications & High Tech clients.

Porter currently serves on the Board of Directors at Azaleos Corporation and on the Board of Directors of Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Center and the Advisory Board of Gonzaga University's Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. He also serves as a Board/Management Advisor to half a dozen technology start-ups.

Katherine Stovel
Katherine Stovel is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Washington. She studies the dynamics of social networks, and has a particular interest in how two-sided matching processes structure information flow through networks. Her research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and private foundations. Stovel has published widely on a variety of topics; some of her recent work examines the structure of adolescent sexual networks. Stovel's article, "Chains of Affection," (co-authored with Peter Bearman and Jim Moody) was awarded the Gould Prize in 2004. She is currently at work on a book manuscript tentatively titled, The Broker's Dilemma.

Stovel, who hails from New England, has an A.B. in Political Science from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2008-09, she will be a fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University.

Skip Walter
A software industry veteran, Skip Walter has more than 40 years of technology product development and executive management experience — across Fortune 1000 companies and start-up businesses. Walter is currently the Managing Director of Factor, providing strategic planning and product roadmap design for startup technology companies pursuing social networking and visual analytics, as well as eDiscovery strategic planning for Global 100 corporations. Previously he was the Founding CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Attenex Corporation, which increases productivity by at least ten times in the legal electronic discovery process for litigation through visual analytics. Prior to Attenex, Walter was the Vice President of Engineering for Aldus (now Adobe) Corporation known for the PageMaker desktop publishing software. He was the father of Digital Equipment Corporation's ALL-IN-1, a $1 billion per year integrated enterprise office automation and email system. Walter is an advisory council member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model consortium.
